"Went to get ceviche and this is the place to go. It's a little motorcycle stand but the service was excellent, very friendly and inviting. We tried the fish ceviche and it was delicious, had lots of lime juice, veggies and sauces to put on top, of a crunchy tostada. Delicious"

"When we arrived at Nuevo Vallarta this was the first place we decided to try. They have very friendly bi-lingual owners who remember you when you come back… I can’t emphasize enough how cool the owners are. The variety of ceviche is perfect. It’s very busy so make sure to get there early."

"Gran lugar para comer mariscos! Ceviche de camarón con varias opciones de salsa; pez sierra y su especialidad es una ensalada de pescado con mayonesa, zanahoria y cebolla. Hay varias medidas para pedir. Mientras esperan les ofrecen un paraguas. Destaco el trato de los dueños y como explican a detalle cada parte del menú."

"This is an open air fish ceviche tostada stand on the side of the road next to the sidewalk. You can get either get a tostada with fish on it, or get a container with fish and tostadas on the side. Generally, there is shrimp ceviche, marlin ceviche, or trigger fish ceviche. This is probably the freshest fish in Nuevo Vallarta. We buy the fish ceviche in the container and take it home to eat it with pasta, rice, and vegetables, which we cook at home. If you like ceviche, this is one of the best ceviche I have ever had. Fresh every day. Clean and safe also."
